Fit kickboxing is a heart pumping…..foot kicking…..fist punching….ab tightening….adrenaline rushing….metabolism boosting….sweat dripping….fat burning….fun, disciplined workout for adults and minors.
This exhilarating class begins with 10mins of warm up stretching with slow moving jabs, hooks, crosses, upper cuts and kicks designed to inform beginners of the basic moves.
Next is the intense cardio of 30 – 40 mins of punching, kicking, blocking and ducking combinations and one on one sparring (only for the advanced). This is followed by an ‘awesome abs’ workout and deep, soothing stretching that leaves you feeling refreshed, strong and energized.
One-on-one Fit Kickboxing is an ideal way to burn fat and tone your body into a lean master of self defence. The personalized sessions includes use of
